EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING

Undergoing complete and up-to-date training for our security personnel is vital in maintaining the highest quality of our services. Therefore, at Team JAI, we provide four types of training:



● Advanced (Pre-Site) Training ● On-the-Job Training ● Online Training ● Ongoing Training

Our on-the-job training familiarizes our officers with their new workplace, so they arrive prepared and trained for their position. The details and specifics of the company’s workflow and special topics are taught in full detail to every one of our officers. Updates of essential and relevant location specifics are frequent and post agendas and schedules are reviewed regularly. Evaluation and testing are conducted during regular and unannounced visits.
